As such #ProjectIIRIS will remain a 'perpetual' work in progress delivered in phases, the first of which will now kick into a new gear, following an informed discussion (via the Construction Industry Council), with the UK's professional bodies & industry elite, the former of whom have and maintain a global footprint"

After an amazing day of informed conversation and laughter, attendees were invited to reflect and discuss the day, over dinner ............... courtesy of #TeamCIC





Introductory welcome and pre-dinner offerings were delivered by Ian Brant (Chairman) and Dr Graham Watts OBE (CEO), respectively ............. recognising the responsible #leadership by BEFA via the University of the Built Environment (all care of Ashley Wheaton, Vice Chancellor, UBE).





Great to hear the current perspective of another industry leader ....... Mark Farmer, who delivered the 'after-dinner' speech to CIC Members which rather conveniently focussed on the impact of #AI and the risks (and opportunities) to and for, existing business models.












The #DynamicQuartet .......... flying the flag for #CIC, #UBE and #BEFA / #DTSA







And after a few farewell's to fellow attendees, including Wayne, Mark, Desiree and Jessica





It was time to head back to London ........... to continue the workflow now 'firmly' and credibly established as #ProjectIIRIS to God be the glory, always _ #ITakeNoCredit
